About Yuma Foundation Repair
Yuma Foundation Repair is an independent referral service for foundation repair in Yuma and Yuma County, built and run by Cyrus Ray of FASTER AI, a Phoenix, Arizona web-services business (contact: fastr.ai.007@gmail.com, 602-793-3863). We built this site to give Yuma property owners one clear place to get a licensed, insured local contractor on the phone — without wading through directories and out-of-state lead forms.
How we are paid
You pay nothing. The licensed contractor who receives calls from this site pays us a flat monthly fee for the referrals — never a percentage of your job, and never anything that depends on what you decide. The contractor's estimate is between you and them.
We only refer to contractors who hold an Arizona Registrar of Contractors license and carry insurance; you receive the contractor's name and ROC number before any work is scheduled, and you can verify it yourself at roc.az.gov. The contractor is responsible for the estimate, the work and its warranty. We do not perform the work and we do not charge you anything. Yuma Foundation Repair is not a licensed contractor; every referral names the licensed contractor and their ROC number so you can verify it at roc.az.gov before anyone comes out.
