What we collect. When you call (928) 371-3234 or send the form we collect your phone number, name, the address or area you give us, and what you tell us about the problem.

Calls are recorded and transcribed. Calls and voicemails to our number may be recorded and are transcribed by automated services (our phone provider and a speech-to-text service) so the contractor can read what you need and so we can operate and bill the service. If you do not want to be recorded, send the form instead.

Who gets it. Your details and the transcript go to the one licensed Arizona contractor we match you with, who may call or text you about your request, and to us. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

How long. Recordings and transcripts are kept up to 12 months for quality and dispute resolution, then deleted.
